Each shop requires a device with the Hardwhere app installed. This device will receive notifications when a product reservation is requested.

Login with your phone number or email, and follow instructions to setup your Shop in the app.

Free Tier

List unlimited products at no cost. Customers can reserve items online and pay you directly in store at pickup. Risk of no-shows is bourne by the shop.

Paid up front reservations

List unlimited products at no cost. Payment authorisation is taken from the customer when they reserve an item online. When the customer picks up their item, the payment is completed. The shop can cancel an authorisation if necessary before pickup. Payments completed through Hardwhere are charged at 3% + £0.30.
